Review for Berkeley County Kids Who Care Inc, Goose Creek, SC, USA

Rating: 5 stars

I have been on the board for Kids Who Care for quite a few years. I have children who have attended NatureScope. This organization not only instills good environmental ethics in our students it also demonstrates good leadership and community involvement as well as teamwork. What better partnership could you ask for between schools and businesses? My only wish would be to branch out...challenge other counties to get involved and maybe even take our competition outside Berkeley County. Some of the projects are really great and could certainly be shown beyond our local community. From classroom to the world we are making our environmental footprint, one student at a time.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Personal satisfaction from seeing our students (K5 - 5th graders) get so involved with their projects. They really understand the importance of what their part is. The field trip (NatureScope) strenghtens their connection with their world.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

To get more businesses involved. Variety of input definitely can enhance any organization. To keep the partnership we have with Berkeley County Schools.
