As a Steward for the McDowell’s, I am there to assist hikers, and help them make good choices. I make sure they are carrying enough water, have proper foot wear and understand the complexity of the trails

This is an organization that passionately cares about our conservancy. That wants to preserve this land for generations to come. I have personally gained a strong zest for mother earth and see the need for organizations such as the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Increase the amount of volunteers.
Role: Volunteer & I watched a dog (off a leash) chase after a rabbit and the dog ended up with $1200 worht of vet bills. Now, when I see a hiker with their dog off leash I repeat this story. They immediately put their dog on a leash.
