I have been working with HomeFront as a volunteer for the last eight years, beginning as a tutor for children of homeless families through my church, and subsequently becoming more involved with different aspects of the organization as I began helping with their web site. HomeFront is amazing. It helps families is crisis. More importantly, it helps families avoid crisis now and in the future. Kids that I worked with while they were living in motels are now attending college and helping to support their younger siblings. It is wonderful to be part on such on-going miracles.
