When my dishwasher got replaced, the tech pulled it out and the smell that came out was awful. Turns out mice had been previously living back there. I noticed there were a few old layers of laminate flooring that looked (and smelled) really bad, and I asked if they could be removed. I was told no because of “possible asbestos,” even though the house was built in the ’90s and that didn’t really make sense.

Thankfully, Blair stepped in and knew exactly who to contact to get it taken care of. She helped push things along and made sure the gross, stained flooring was finally removed.
