Fort Benning, GA resident here. We have been without dishwasher for almost two months and my patience was running very thin as all I could receive over the phone was “It is a warehouse issue, at this time we can not help you at all”.

My neighbors were 6 months without a dishwasher and I was dreading it could be us too.
I’m so grateful that my friend knew about you guys and she sent me a form to fill out and 10 minutes later I got a text from a local team member and my case was moving right away.

I received a call from housing a couple of hours later double checking my address for a sweet delivery ������ and 30 minutes later I had a brand spanking new dishwasher installed in my house.

This is the first time I had to take measures rather than phone calls in my hands and I wish I didn’t have to. But also there is probably a way to make it work, so residents don’t have to wait months for new appliances. I hope they find it.
