I am a positive reinforcement trainer who has had the opportunity to see Patti, one of the trainers for the Mules, work. She is thorough, compassionate and honest. I really enjoy seeing her help each mule learn the skills that will help them be successful in their new homes.

I think her approach ensures she knows each animal well and this ensures she can make accurate assessments of them and what environments they will thrive in, which will only help adopters meet the right mule for them!
