Wow! VAC and Danelle made my air travel absolutely stress-free
I had a surgery and needed air travel from FL to DC. I filled out a request for air travel and within a few minutes, Danelle contacted me. She got a bit more info about me to give to the pilots to see who would be available
Scott reached out to me to see my schedule and times I was looking to fly. My return date was really TBD, his response, “Don’t worry about it, just text me when you’re getting discharged.”
I texted him as I was getting discharged. I was at the airport 2hrs later and we were airborn 15min later.
VCA made my life so easy and stress-free: no TSA wait, no rude passengers or aisle chair and no flight delays to worry about. I’m actually looking forward to my next surgery
