I live here at the current moment, when I first came here after being in a domestic violence situation. I came here because I felt this could be a place me and my children will be potentially safe at it turned out to be a nightmare after I brought my dog into this place which is my esa(emotional support animal)the building manager from Riverside Coral started issuing lease violations but true I was at fault once I corrected my behavior another violation came my way. Which this one I had no clue about, well after complaining to Jake the the President of the realty company he came off as being very rude to me. Telling me he wasn’t going to renew my lease. And I have a bunch of violations, which only two was issued, now I’m having to move with nowhere to go, I’m stressed at this point, I’m packing up my things , being told to stay in a shelter .Overall a Safe place is ok but the building management is not good
