I have been a volunteer coach for 2 years and have recently joined the board of Wings for Widows because I have been so moved with their mission.

As a volunteer, I have been blessed to be able to shepherd widows along their journey with the goal to help them find financial stability in one of the most difficult times of their lives. I did not realize just how important this experience would become when my own mom unexpectedly became a widow. I was able to follow the process set forth by Wings for Widows to gently walk along side my mom while working through my own grief. The guidebook became our trusted road map helping us navigate uncharted waters. I am grateful for the opportunity to share my financial knowledge with others in such a meaningful way.
