SAFE has many bests. If rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming included awards the org would have a trophy case of blue ribbons, trophies, and buckles. But it’s all about the horse so what they do have is lots of hearts. Mine included. The one “best” dearest to me is that Save A Forgotten Equine never forgets and always keeps the horses safe. Their “contract” with the horses is health and safety for life. That’s hard work and sometimes very expensive, but always right for the horses. As a donor, volunteer and, quite frankly, a fan, I am proud of the small part I can play in the lives of the beautiful horses they support.
