Volunteering as an intern with Udayan Care was an incredibly enriching and meaningful experience. I was associated with the Advocacy, Research & Training Department and worked under the guidance of Dr. Gurneet Kalra. My primary role involved contributing to the Institutionalised Children Exploration and Beyond (ICB) Journal, where I engaged in research, editorial planning, and advocacy-oriented writing.

What stood out the most was the organization's unwavering commitment to child rights, quality care, and systemic reform. The environment fostered both intellectual growth and emotional engagement.
