I have an online vintage store that sells over $200,000 a year. I spend a lot of time in thrift stores. I live just a few miles from Neat Repeats. I've tried many times to make this a regular stop on my shopping route. Unfortunately even though the selection & pricing is good. The manager & other employees are always RUDE. Please look at Google reviews. You will find people saying this over & over. The manager will SCREAM at you if you want to pack your own items. I'm much faster & get it packed without damage. The last time he packed I ended up with a bunch of broken Christmas ornaments. Twice I've had employees snap at me for having more than 1 FULL cart. It's sad that I can't support a local store. I drive by multiple times a week to go to other thrift stores that appreciate my business.
