Engaging in community sessions on mental health, menstrual hygiene, and child safety allowed me to build meaningful connections and create real impact. Accompanying families to institutions like AIIMS and supporting documentation for specially abled children deepened my understanding of systemic barriers. Udayan Care taught me that social work is not just about helping individuals but about advocating for change, building trust, and empowering communities through empathy, collaboration, and sustained efforts.
