I am not sure how this rescue agency stays in business. Their adoption procedure is difficult and when you do get through the process, they have discriminatory "policies" in place to prevent you from adopting certain dogs. When you question them on these "policies" you are told that you are not a good fit for them and that your application is being withdrawn from consideration. I spent a lot of time looking at dogs and getting my hopes up only to be told I cannot have any dog that I am interested in. This rescue has caused me a great deal of unnecessary stress and disappointment. I found them to be very condescending in how they treat prospective adopters as well as the references that they contacted.
