I became aware of the Free2Luv organization through Big Brothers Big Sisters. I was volunteering there and they gave me the Express It! journal to pass along to my little. Free2Luv had given them to our local BBBS for free! I bought one myself the next day. It has just the right amount direction, plenty of room for art or writing, and amazing prompts. It’s accessible to anyone at any age and I recommend it to everyone I know. My friend already bought one for herself and her kiddo, and I just bought one for my 12 year old cousin. This organization is making a real impact and I hope they continue making my favorite journal forever.
