My adult daughter with autism participated in Achieve Tahoe's skiing program. The program is very well organized. My daughter hasn't skied for ~10 years, so she was nervous and worried just about everything including the weather. She got 4 half day private skiing lessons, spread over two weekends. She felt very comfortable towards the 4th lesson! Instead of hearing her complaining non-stop, I see her smiling and having fun the whole time. All her coaches were amazing! They are not only great at teaching skiing, they are in high spirits, and played along with my daughter's silliness very well! We cannot wait to come back next year!
