I engaged with TomTod ideas through a work function a while back, and they have stuck in my head since. Our work with them was around innovation and your thinking process in that space. Having that experience, I can say that the concepts and framework presented are an excellent approach for middle schoolers to build a foundation for growth and development, and certainly expands/is applicable to older ages as well.
