Review for Communities in Schools of Rowan County, Salisbury, NC, USA

I've been a volunteer since 2004 and every year has been great. Each student is unique and it's good to see them grow in just the few months that we seem to have to work with them. I've worked with a couple students for more than one school year and they've made progress in their work that makes the time spent worthwhile.

I think CIS does a great job in the community and in the school that I've had my experience in--Hanford-Dole Elementary.

Role:  Volunteer & I've tutored students in reading and math in grades 3, 4, and 5.
