Review for Spirit Jump, Boynton Beach, FL, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Spirit Jump is a wonderful organization that gives cancer patients, or people with close family or friends with cancer, a brief respite from their battle in the form of a gift. Something so simple but so comforting. To receive a small present, card or trinket from someone out there you never met, but who is now fighting the fight with you, makes the world of difference to so many. Support SpiritJump in any way you can" become a Spirit Jumper, donate something to be sent to a Spirit jumpee, send a card to someone who needs their spirits lifted, donate money to the org, give a raffle item to be used to raise funds. There are so many ways you can help please go to www.spiritjump.org today and get involved. I donated a raffle item and spoke to the director of Spirit Jump, Meaghan, on the phone. She is a lovely, dedicated person. Both of the founders of Spirit Jump have fought their own battle with cancer. They provide a unique insight into how to jump someone's spirits.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

so many ways it is hard to choose just one. The comments left from the individuals who got their spirit jumped, prove that this organization is helping countless people from all over.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Step down and let the founders take over. They are doing an excellent job.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

Getting involved with Spirit Jump is a selfish act. I might be donating something to them but the satisfaction I get in return from knowing I did something to help makes it so worth it.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Energetic Warm Compassionate tuned-in Amazing

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Help so many more people all over the world. And also, if this org had 10 million bucks? 10 Million dollars would go directly to servicing cancer patients or families of those with cancer.

Ways to make it better...

My experience could not have been better.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

Exposure...We need to get the word out about this organization and get more folks involved.

One thing I'd also say is that...

The process to join Spirit Jumpers is painless. The directions and steps you take are clearly and concisely laid out for you. Any possible question you could ask, has already been spelled out and answered. Very organized and user-friendly website.

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?

2009

Role:  Donor & Donated a Raffle Item.
