During my time as an HR intern, I had the opportunity to contribute to the Employee Satisfaction domain. The experience was incredibly enriching, offering valuable insights into the social sector and how it differs from the corporate world we typically engage with. What stood out the most was the mentorship I received—it was feedback-driven, deeply insightful, and encouraged me to rethink my approach to problem-solving. I gained a clearer understanding of why certain assumptions might not be true when we look from outside and how to pivot effectively once you're in the field. Beyond the professional growth, I also built meaningful connections. The learnings from this experience have been truly impactful and will undoubtedly shape my perspective in the years to come.
