Working with Udayan Care was an incredibly enriching and rewarding journey. The organization’s dedication to empowering children and ensuring their well-being is truly inspiring. Their commitment to making a lasting impact reflects in every initiative they undertake.

One of the most remarkable aspects of Udayan Care is its work culture. The team is not only professional and skilled but also warm, welcoming, and deeply passionate about their mission. The supportive and collaborative environment made my time there both enjoyable and meaningful.

Beyond organizational work, I also had the chance to implement a community intervention program on menstrual hygiene. This initiative, conducted in collaboration with Goonj’s ‘Chuppi Todo Baithak’ (CTB) sessions, aimed at breaking the silence around menstruation, promoting better sanitation practices. This experience allowed me to engage directly with the community, understand their challenges, and contribute to a positive change at the grassroots level.

Beyond contributing to a cause I deeply resonate with, this experience also played a crucial role in my personal and professional growth. It allowed me to develop new skills, gain valuable insights, and strengthen my commitment to social work.
