03/05/2025 I came across a Belgian Draft that I fell in love with. She was so underweight but was told that was an easy fix. Got her to my boarding facility and she was the sweetest girl. As she gained weight and the temps started to get warmer I couldn’t deny any longer what I suspected. Harper had heaves. My vet game out several times with different meds to try. They didn’t work. I had to face the facts that I couldn’t provide for her as I thought. I came across Furvivors and spoke to JoJo who was so sweet , kind, and understanding! Jojo came and picked Harper up and Harper has flourished even more than I imagined she would! She has friends ,is loved on everyday and is getting all she needs to have the soft landing she deserves! They knew she had heaves and could no longer pull the cart so she was thrown away after years of hard work … Without Furvivors this would not have been possible for Harper. Thank you so much to the entire crew at Furvivors for all you have done for Harper ������ the First picture is her ad and her condition she was in and the next month under it was just before Furvivors and the single picture was sent to me from Furvivors in January!! Such a beautiful happy girl living her best life cause of Furvivors!!
