We went in shortly before Christmas in 2007 to hopefully adopt a cat or kitten because we needed some feline love back into our home. Here we met Chuck, a small orange kitten who had been fostered by a lovely family since he was a couple of weeks old. He came home with us that day and became the center of my daughter’s universe. We lost Chuck a few years ago but he lives in our hearts and we are all the better for having him love us as much as we loved him.
