The Andrew Goodman Foundation carries on the incredible legacy of Andrew Goodman, Michael Schwerner, James Chaney, and the rest of the work carried out during Freedom Summer in expanding access to voter registration, voter education, and civic engagement. I am proud to be part of that legacy on my college campus. As the Campus Champion for the Vote Everywhere program at the University of Louisville, we are proud to register hundreds of first-time voters, give them the tools they need to vote easily and with confidence, and to educate them on the issues that matter to them so that they can vote their conscience. The Andrew Goodman Foundation provides incredible financial, personal, and educational support so that our team can provide genuine, trustworthy information to our students, staff, and faculty. We would not be able to do the work we do without their support and collaboration!
