My experience with the VAC was amazing and quite professional from start to finish. Danielle was quite informative and helpful every step of the way. Danielle ensured to maintain communication and inform me of the status of a potential flight on a daily basis for approximately 3 weeks. She was phenomenal to work with and to top it off with a cherry on top, she was present at my departure to ensure everything went according to expectations and plans. Thank you for your selfless service to us service members and your kindness.
