KECA has been an unbelievable resource for me and my students! Not only do they serve to support a stunning environmental resource, but to educate others as well. My students appreciate learning about a treasure, almost in their back yards, of the sort that many are not aware. We are treated with tangible evidence such as bones, antlers, pelts and casts that make a valuable connection with the lessons being taught. We here the sounds of nature that the majority of my students may never have the opportunity to hear otherwise. I am able to use these lessons throughout the remainder of the year as relevant illustrations of the many aspects of Biology. I can't say enough about Ben and his crew offering distance learning through the Keystone Elk Country Alliance.
