YWAM Lancaster has greatly benefited by our involvement with MBI, especially the L13 group. They consulted with our leadership team for a year. They worked with our leadership team and ministry leaders to help define who we are as YWAM Lancaster and what we most need to focus on and prioritize. This was incredibly helpful! They helped us in team-building exercises, practical steps to understanding our growth and what is needed in our stage of growth, and how to set up systems and structures to serve where we were at and to come alongside our leaders so they and the ministry can thrive. MBI was very professional as well as relational. We would not be where we are now without their help and expertise! We definitely recommend MBI and the quality of their services! They are a great organization to support!
