Review for Ellies Army Foundation, Miami, FL, USA
Audie is 13 yrs old and the youngest of 5 sisters. She enjoys volleyball, basketball, playing the saxophone, fishing, driving 4-wheelers, and spending time with friends on our farm. Audie is a straight A student and the class clown. Audie was diagnosed with ALL B-Cell Leukemia on February 4, 2024, and has had a tough year of appears that the treatment did not work as hoped, and she will likely need a bone marrow transplant. Her life was changed overnight and she has already been through so much. Through it all Audie has remained positive and believes God will see her through this.
I am a single mom. I have been on unpaid leave from work since Audie's diagnosis. Audie needs full time care and I do not have any family (other than my kids) that can help with her care. Household bills like mortgage and utilities still need to get paid monthly.
Ellie’s Foundation stepped in to help, just as I was at the point that I had exhausted all my funds.
Organizations like Ellie’s Army Foundation are monumental in helping families survive through the crisis of childhood cancer. My family is humbled, grateful and appreciative more than words can express!
Thank you, Ellie’s Army Foundation!
