My time at Udayan Care was transformative, filled with learning and growth. I taught and mentored children, raised awareness about internet misuse, and conducted personal development sessions. Outdoor activities helped build trust and engagement.
Challenges included difficulty connecting with children initially, their lack of motivation, poor documentation systems, and occasional emotional attachments. These hurdles taught me adaptability, communication, and leadership skills.
