A stray cat from my community showed up on my porch barely able to stand, his eyes shut, and skinny. I took him in, kept him warm and cleaned him up. He wouldn’t eat or drink anything and was only getting worse. I didn’t know how I was going to afford treatment, but Shelia with Shadow Cats covered the vet costs to get him help. He tested positive for FIV and has high kidney failure levels. He is currently at the vet receiving treatment and fluids. We are praying he makes a recovery. This nonprofit is truly amazing, I am more than beyond grateful for all their help.
