This has been a transformational experience for me and I can't thank Karen and the dedicated team on the Simonton programme enough for what they do and their warmth and compassion throughout. The information and tools provided over the 6 weeks are invaluable. I also wish to thank everyone else in the group - you're inspirational and have been a huge support to me! I hope and pray that this programme will be available to anybody in need of support.
