I went to Guatemala on an Insite Trip. I was so impressed with what i had learned and seen that I encouraged all my friends to go in the future. I was moved by the innovative approach to introducing change, the respect of the staff for the indigenous people and their culture, and by the connections that were established. I was moved to tears by the stories shared by women; how their lives have changed and how differently they feel about themselves. Experiencing success and autonomy has empowered so many lives touched by Friendship Bridge - that was the highlight for me.
