I’ve been volunteering at Goatlandia for more than a year and am so impressed by the level of integrity, commitment, organization and attention to detail that it takes to run such a successful animal sanctuary and community education program. Every animal and bird resident receives daily gentle loving care, clean safe housing, healthy nutrition, socialization and timely veterinary attention when warranted. And we humans also go through a comprehensive orientation and are provided with a variety of opportunities and resources to care for different animals/birds in a safe, respectful environment. What an exemplary model for a kind, compassionate and ethical plant-based lifestyle. Goatlandia truly walks the talk!
