In Loving Memory of My Father

I donate to the Crowley Foundation in honor of my late father. Raised in Harlem by a single, working mother, he benefited from the support of male relatives and the strength of his community. After serving in the Korean War, he settled in California, pursuing higher education while working as a city bus driver. He earned his Associate's Degree and went on to become a parole officer, a rare achievement for a Black man in that field.

My father deeply believed that individuals are not defined by their past mistakes, particularly those incarcerated for non-violent offenses. He dedicated himself to mentoring young men, volunteering with organizations like the Crowley Foundation. He understood the profound impact positive male role models have on the lives of young people, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential.

I am confident my father would be incredibly proud of the work Kenneth Crowley and the Foundation are doing for our youth. I am honored to support this vital mission and encourage others to join me in making a difference.
