Attending a workshop with Healed Women Heal was an experience I won’t forget. I went in as a consultant, hoping to better understand the perspective of dv survivors. I left the workshop completely shaken—in the best way. I was able to identify patterns and behaviors I see happen so often to those closest to me.

Tracy, the founder, is a force. She speaks with a raw honesty that only comes from someone who’s lived through the darkest moments and come out on the other side. Her perspective is something you can’t learn from a textbook or a training manual—it’s real, unfiltered, and deeply moving. She has this way of making you see the truth, no matter how uncomfortable it is, while still leaving you with a sense of hope.

This workshop was more than just educational—it was transformative. It made me question my own assumptions and realize how much more we all need to do to support survivors and address the root causes of abuse. Tracy’s work isn’t just about healing women—it’s about changing the way we see and address domestic violence as a whole.
