I recently participated in a workshop hosted by Healed Women Heal alongside my classmates, and it was an incredibly impactful experience. The session provided me with a much deeper understanding of domestic violence, including the direct and indirect forms it can take.

I learned how domestic violence isn’t always physical—it can also involve emotional, financial, and psychological abuse, which are just as harmful. The facilitators were knowledgeable, engaging, and created a safe space for us to ask questions and reflect.

This workshop was eye-opening and has given me the tools to better recognize and address these issues, both in my own life and in supporting others. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of domestic violence and its many forms.
