I’ve been volunteering as an ESL tutor/mentor for almost a year now. AIWR were timely and helpful from the outset and have always been available if I’d needed any assistance since then. Talking with my mentee is like talking with an old friend so the thanks I get from AIWR for volunteering really is unnecessary, but is appreciated nonetheless.
