Women eNews is indespensable for our work here at the American Bar Association Commission on Women.
For each of our business meetings, we put together a compilation of news articles regarding women's issues called "Food for Thought." It's an invaluable resource for our members and sometimes an article will help dictate what our next project is or help support an ongoing initiative, such as most recently, pay discrimination and the Equal Pay Act, for which we lobbied Congress. Many of the articles we include come from Women eNews. While our work primarily focuses on issues professional women face in the work place, it's important for us to have a wide view of women in the world. And that is what Women eNews offers us.
