When people ask my aunt Liz what she does for work she always says, "Oh just working on a small issue called climate change". This is Liz's sarcastic way of introducing the single most important problem the world is facing today. I donate to Our Children Trust because now more than ever, with the US presidential election results, we need to prioritize protecting our future. To me, that means ensuring the next generation of people has access to their basic rights such as clean air, safe water, and the promise of protection from environmental crisis. Since those in office from older generations have failed recently to relinquish power and ignore climate change, the children's trust represents the voices of those who will be most impacted by this lack of action. LETS CHANGE NOW, and listen to the children, for our future and theirs! By donating to OCT, I am doing my small part in supporting change, learning, and recognizing what is at stake. EVERYTHING!
