I have just gone through the first two courses of the Connection Practice in Costa Rica, and I am very surprised of how deep this practice took me on an emotional and profound level- and in a very simple and practical way, wow!

The course was thought by Rita Marie herself, a highly knowledgeable, warmhearted woman that really inspired me with her stories and knowledge. We were also very much supported by her loving husband Ricardo who assisted us with all our unmet needs.

I am so inspired by this practice that I have decided to continue this journey and now plan to attend the upcoming training programs!
