In these troubling times, it's more important than ever to see our neighbors as human beings with their own unique feelings and needs. The Connection Practice helps users identify feeling and needs and gives them an avenue for understanding what the unmet needs of others may be. The discourse is never going to improve without people being proactive about practicing empathic communication. The Connection Practice shows people how.
