Review for Snowbird Outfitters Inc, Andrews, NC, USA
Snowbird Wilderness Outfitters excels at purposeful investment in the lives of young people. both their campers and their counselors. They create an environment of community and mutual respect. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but the primary focus one feels when on campus is the commitment to their purpose of loving, training, and developing youth.

I have seen the results of this organization's investment in its counselors. I have had service opportunities involving youth with two of the counselors, one here in the USA and one when in Peru. Both of these young men exhibited an extreme commitment and respect, as well as a willingness to personal sacrifice.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Perhaps my pie in the sky wish (not just for this camp but for all youth camps) would be more healthy nutritious food choices for meals. (they do have an excellent salad bar) But, of course, it's camp---the kids expect the food to be camp food!! So I am not sure most kids would appreciate this change. ha ha!
