I worked for World Vision in Ukraine. this organization has a very good mission and the right goals. However. The leadership, at least in Ukraine, looks at it differently. I worked in the Dnipro office. We were managed by Area manager. This man, it's hard to call him that, organized his own rules. He pressured people, insulted them, humiliated them, no one from the management paid attention to official complaints about pressure on his part, and then, people who wrote complaints were kicked out or their contracts were not renewed. Also, being married, he seduced the administrator administrator, now she is workin on FAO, who was married, into sexual relations by various means, including giving her powers, which she does not have. Together they used housing - apartments that were intended for foreigners as places where they spent time together. They were also repeatedly absent from work for 3 hours a day. Pavlov further organized a scheme whereby he received money from partners and owners of offices where we rented premises. By agreement with country director, acting head of World vision Ukraine, they fabricated and fabricate reports, falsify lists of beneficiaries, etc. in such a way they earn good money through partners. Because of this, country director closes all complaints and cases against area manager and together they put pressure on those people who are not convenient to their system. As sad as it is, Area manager east is getting more and more projects and the reason for this success is clear, so that he can pull more donor money into his pockets. It is easy to check. The cost of renting an office in Kharkov is much higher than the market, although no one has been working in this office for a long time, an empty office for which we pay a lot of money. If you check the lists of projects, you can find the backlogs and the payments. go through the partners, you will find the same lists and reports with minor changes. Area manager East with Acting Country Office Director and administrator built a scheme to steal from the organization. Pavlov also constantly uses a car and driver for his personal use to travel to his business in Kharkov, where he has an apartment. This is the face of World Vision in Ukraine.

My experience with this organization is sad. The events took place and continue to take place in Ukraine. In particular, the East Area Manager does not fulfill his function, he is a rude person. Being married, he entered into a relationship with his receptionist, who was also married at the time. Also he uses transport for personal purposes, the accommodation of the organization for personal purposes, there are suspicions of fabrication of donor reports on his part. employees have repeatedly written complaints about him but the acting director turns a blind eye to these things and pressures people who are not convenient for him to leave the organization without valuing their contribution. These are the principles and decency in the Ukrainian branch of the Christian organization.
