I have received tickets to a few events with Vet Tix. The process to get tickets, either from lottery or straight request, is smooth and easy to understand. Accessing the tickets is straightforward, usually redeemed through Ticketmaster/Seat Geek/etc so you know you are getting the actual tickets. The ticket opportunities are pretty well varied so there's usually something interesting available. I love using Vet Tix and will continue to do so.
