I used to take yoga and meditation courses with Kelly Wood when she was the owner of Karuna Yoga. I thank her school and teachers for putting me on this path of healing and enlightenment. I fondly remember her school and I am confident that she is continuing to do excellent work for children. I think that it's important and meaningful to have meditation and yoga instruction for school-age children to give them invaluable tools for thriving and succeeding in life.
