Review for Kotor Kitties, Seattle, WA, USA
Kotor Kitties really does a great job in spaying and neutering street cats in Montenegro. Without them I as a volunteer barely could help to improve life of so many ferals, because overpopulation in this country is enormous. Thank you, Kotor Kitties, for all your compassion and care!
