The Veterans Transition Support (VTS) organization is a must for anyone transitioning from active duty. I recently completed the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course, and it exceeded my expectations. Russell did an incredible job keeping the class engaged with real-world examples and offering valuable career advice for veterans. Special thanks to Kathy and the rest of the VTS team for their hard work and dedication to supporting veterans throughout the transition process. The course provided practical tools I can apply to my job and future career, and I’m grateful for the support they showed throughout the experience.

I highly recommend VTS to all active-duty service members, veterans, and even spouses. Their nonprofit organization is an excellent resource for those transitioning into civilian life. I’m excited to return for more courses, including OSHA certifications, and I encourage anyone considering a career shift to attend at least one class—you’ll quickly see the value and want to come back for more.
