I have not been able to visit the Center in person, but I love orangutans and when searching for a way to help them, I came across this place. I also have contributed to Orangutan Foundation. Orangutans are in so much trouble in the wild with their homes being taken away to produce palm oil. Anyway, since I donated to Center for Great Apes, the people there have sent thank you letters, photos, and posted wonderful stories and photos on their website. Three orangs are named the same as me and my siblings! If you are in Florida, I highly recommend you visit the Center. It looks fun and educational for any animal lover.
