I have had the privilege of serving as an HR Project Leader at Save The Water Inc. since February 2024. This nonprofit organization is dedicated to protecting water resources, and their commitment to environmental sustainability is truly inspiring.

As a remote volunteer, I’ve worked with a diverse team of professionals who are incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about their roles. Save The Water provides an excellent platform for individuals who want to contribute to meaningful projects while building their own skills. From the beginning, I’ve been involved in leading and coordinating HR projects that align with the organization's mission. The support from senior leadership has been remarkable, offering guidance while giving autonomy to carry out responsibilities.

One of the standout aspects of Save The Water is the collaborative work culture. Although the team is global, communication is seamless, and the focus on teamwork and innovation ensures that we stay connected and productive. This role has allowed me to improve my project management and HR skills, working on initiatives such as recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and process optimization.
