High-five’s has shown me that nothing is impossible. Life doesn't have to end after an injury. What high-fives does is truly amazing. Not only do they help provide equipment they are also a community. They give plenty of opportunities to meet people that are going through the same struggle as you, which is one of the most important things after an injury. They make you feel a part of something again and give you purpose to keep doing what you were doing without feeling out of place or different they allow you to feel normal again. Thanks to highfives they have brought me one step closer to independence and back to the things i love doing !!
